Overview
The WPS Charitable Foundation is proud to support children of full-time employees in their pursuit of higher education through the Ray Koenig Memorial Scholarship Program.

Scholarship selection, notification, and distribution
Per the Scholarship Criteria, applications will be reviewed by an independent Scholarship Selection Committee. Notifications will be sent via email to all applicants after the committee's selection by July 5, 2024.
Scholarship amounts will be paid to the educational institution of the selected recipients upon proof of full-time enrollment.
Scholarships may only be used for tuition and college fees (including books, if supplied by the college). Room and board are not eligible. Unused portions of the scholarship may not be carried over to subsequent school years or refunded to the student by the college. Any misuse of funds will result in forfeiture of all future unpaid grant payments and the right of recovery of such funds by the WPS Charitable Foundation. Interrupted attendance will only be permitted in exceptional circumstances and on an individual basis (severe illness, family emergency, etc.). The Scholarship Selection Committee will make the decision in case of interruption and its decision will be final based on information furnished.
Scholarship recipients must inform the WPS Charitable Foundation of their home address and their address at school and immediately notify us of any change in either address. A scholarship recipient is required to sign a statement that he or she agrees to the terms and conditions of the award.
